ELM Group LA Inc, doing business as ELM Construction, is a general contractor serving the City of Los Angeles.
Led by Eyal Laghaie, President
Eyal Laghaie has held a California Class B General Building contractor license since 2016. His background is in project management: running remodels and additions, overseeing ground-up duplex developments, and coordinating with clients, architects, engineers and city inspectors from start to finish.
Under ELM, Eyal has completed home remodels and additions in Encino, Woodland Hills and Los Angeles, as well as multi-unit projects in North Hollywood.
